lullabies unsung

I was surprised to find this website which shows a moving presentation on the emotional pain of infertility.  It makes those who have been through this feel a bit less alone, and helps others understand our world....

(By the way, there is music sung by Sarah McLachlan that plays during the presentation – if you are refraining from listening to music during the Omer, please turn off your speakers – the message is still pretty powerful)

Very moving. I have 3 close friends who have all suffered with infertility. And eventually, all 3 became pregnant delivered healthy, beautiful babies....one after being told by fertility specialists that she would never conceive. I pray that your prayers are answered soon.

What a magnificent presentation. This audiovisual piece should run in Times Square, across their famous marquee, and in other central locations through the country -- and in fact, the world! An awareness and sensitivity to infertility would no doubt be heightened.
Thank you for sharing this, and your innermost thoughts about the subject through your blog.
You know I wish you much "hatzlacha" and "brachot" so that miracles should happen....!

by the way, the original presentation was changed - the author decided it was too personal and changed it to something less moving (in my opinion). I still remember the original....so very touching and painful to watch, but very necessary to process some of those difficult emotions.
